JEFF JOHNSON
Jeff Johnson created Fat Frog Renovations after being a senior and executive-level manager for a successful, local real estate investor & entrepreneur for the last 10 years. Jeff held the position of Integrator/COO within the successful, local real estate investor & entrepreneur’s company and was directly responsible for a portfolio of 185 properties totaling 1050 doors including single-family, multi-family, and commercial storefronts. Jeff preaches the importance of quality work, honesty, and maximizing productivity.
BROOKE JOHNSON
Brooke Johnson, over the last 20 years, has held varying positions in Property Management and Real Estate. Brooke was formerly a real estate agent in Iowa & Nebraska and has also experienced real estate as a Property Manager, Corporate Relocation Account Executive, and Escrow Agent. Most recently, Brooke was Administrative Director for a successful, local real estate investor with 1050 doors managing "all things office" in addition to Insurance Claims, City Code Violations, Lender Inspections & Subsequent Repair Requirements, Permits, and Pay Applications.
LUKE VOLENEC
Luke has been in the renovation/construction industry for 17 years. His experience most recently includes a job-site Project Manager for a large MFR/SFH investor in Omaha and also has years of experience in carpentry, coating and sandblasting, painting and repairing fiberglass, inventory management, steel production, and painting. All that time and experience in the biz has allowed him to develop an incredible mind for anticipating issues and troubleshooting solutions.
MARC COLVIN
Marc Colvin has been in the renovation industry for more than 8 years. Most recently Marc served as a Lead Project Manager for a property investor in Omaha with an inventory of over 1000 rental units. Prior to that, Marc was an installer and apprenticed for an Omaha electrical company and a painter for a commercial painting contractor. Marc is our "get shitake done" guy... He is like a machine! He works to get the job done quickly focusing on high-quality results to meet (and exceed!) client expectations.
SEAN COLLEN
For 8 years Sean has been developing his skills in the remodeling and renovation industry. He excels at tile and drywall work but is also our go-to guy for metal framing, trim carpentry, and windows/doors. He has turned over 100+ apartment homes including updating and converting a 9-story apartment building into condos. Sean has extensive knowledge of residential renovations. It's that, combined with his incredible work ethic, that makes Sean an invaluable member of the Fat Frog family.
