To help Brooke gain a clear understanding of your vision, she will request some pictures. This way, she can assist you more effectively in bringing your dream project to life.

In your scheduled call with Brooke, you'll discuss project details and receive a rough estimate based on similar projects' investments – all free of charge.

The Pre-Construction Phase involves a site visit to assess the space and discuss your vision in detail. With the information collected, a full Scope of Work and a Firm Price Proposal will be presented within a few days.  That's just $500, which will be credited toward your project if you choose to proceed with us. 

We'll cover technical aspects, such as budget, timeline, start date, materials, and project planning. Once aligned, we'll review the contract to ensure clarity and comfort with all details. Upon signing, a 50% deposit secures your spot on our calendar.

Our design team will collaborate with you on final product choices, aligning with your vision and eliminating any doubts or stress, ensuring you have complete control over your new space's look and feel.

Before starting the work, we’ll do a walkthrough of the site together to give you a clear idea of what the next steps are and what you should expect over the next couple of weeks as we transform your space.

Before beginning demolition or construction, we set up equipment and safeguard your home and belongings. We also seal and protect non-construction areas to minimize dust, dirt, and debris throughout the house.

Work commences! Our online portal offers daily updates, progress photos, and access to the production schedule. Stay informed on any setbacks, changes, or accomplishments through the portal.

Rest assured, your dream space won't include any leftover mess. Once work is complete, we'll clean the job site, ensuring it's ready for your family to enjoy.

We conduct a final walkthrough together to ensure nothing is overlooked. Following our departure, you have 2 days for a thorough inspection, confirming everything meets your expectations. Share any feedback with us if necessary.

We offer a 3-year craftmanship warranty and you also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. In the event that something happens that is within our control and included in the warranty and contract, we come in and get it fixed for you free-of-charge.

Annually, we will reach out to ensure everything remains in excellent condition and continues to meet your satisfaction.
